We protect your data.

Personal data given i relation to newsletter and workshops will only be used for these purposes and not given to a 3rd part, except from the teachers and other workshop participants who will all receive a participant list before the workshop takes place. We only ask for the necessary data to send you newsletters and be able to plan the workshop the best possible way. Signing up for a workshop or training does not mean you are automatically signed-up for the newsletter, this requires a separate consent. All data collected via google are being stored on a google drive as well as on a back up file on a LSRT server. We only collect normal personal data.

Data storage: We store and handle your personal newsletter data as long as you have not subscribed from the newsletter. Information regarding workshops and trainings are kept unlimited, so you can request a copy of your certificate in case you loose it.

Your rights: You can always ask to get a copy of the data we have, to have them adjusted or deleted. You can also make a complain to Datatilsynet (https://www.datatilsynet.dk/borger/klage-til-datatilsynet/)
